Data Protection

The Club’s management committee ensures that information on it’s members is stored securely and is not made available to the general public or any third parties.  The committee has developed and approved a Data Protection Policy which is compliant with current EU and UK regulations, (General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679

Safeguarding

Trottiscliffe Tennis Club (TTC) acknowledges the duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and adults at risk. The club is committed to ensuring safeguarding practice reflects statutory responsibilities, government guidance, complies with best practice and meets LTA requirements.

Diversity

This Policy sets out TTC’s commitment to Diversity and Inclusion and includes our Safe and Inclusive Standards, Code of Conduct and Reporting Procedure, it also supports our overall aims for diversity and inclusion that are to ensure that:

  • Tennis is diverse and inclusive
  • Diversity and inclusion are embedded in our club’s culture and behaviours
  • TTC creates a culture where inclusive leadership thrives
  • TTC takes a proactive approach using positive action to ensure that communities and individuals are valued and able to achieve their full potential.

Risk Assessment

TTC recognises that a risk assessment is a vital element for health and safety management and its main objective is to determine the measures required to comply with statutory duty under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated regulations by reducing the level of incidents/accidents.
